Are my payments secure?
Yes, all communications between you and our site are encrypted and secure.
We do not collect or store your bank details. You'll see the padlock on all our pages.
l made a mistake when placing my order.
If you make a mistake, contact us the same day to modify your order.
From the next business day of the order, no modification can be made. If so, Check Refund Policies.
What are the shipment times for your products?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After this confirmation email, a new email with your personal tracking number will be sent to you within 24/48 hours so that you can track your order.
Delivery times are usually 6 to 12 days after shipping in United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia.
Other countries are usually 7 to 15 days after shipping.
My order is missing some items.
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, for example, there will be two deliveries.
The rest of the order will probably arrive shortly.
I still haven't received my order.
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes, international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time.

Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any problems our customers may encounter with their online items. If you would still like to receive a refund on your order, we can make the payment, as long as the recourse is made within 30 days after delivery.
